Wet weather

Thankfully it's not been like in the Lake District (all over the TV here too) but we have had so much rain recently that we've grabbed every opportunity to venture outside.

One morning we even got up extra early as there was supposed to be an impressive tide with high waves. Although that was disappointing we DID see some hoof prints of what we can only guess was a wild boar running along 'our' beach just before us! Perhaps expert readers could confirm this!

All this rain has brought out a large number of mushrooms and if I knew what I was doing perhaps I could pick some. Instead I present a few here in picture form!
