Walk around Norwich

Next day with the weather grey and miserable we headed for Norwich, a beautiful city and well worth a visit. Our hosts took us for a walk along the river.

A very interesting structure up a tree

With its amazing history Norwich has some fascinating buildings
No working out the average age!
The site of Pull's Ferry
It was Remembrance Sunday and we witnessed the city's parade

Autumn much in evidence
The medieval castle
The impressive Royal Arcade

Three wise men having a rest

A few days later, our journey back to France and a final pint of ale at what has become our regular pub in Portsmouth.
