Locronan

Matt & Cynthia's Christmas 2017 present was a couple of nights away. However Tine's operation last April and her slow recovery meant we only just made the most of their gift. And so it was back to Brittany to continue our explorations there.

Our Chambre d'Hôte (B&B) was in the hills just outside Douarnenez, our room facing the courtyard
Apparently it was a 10 minute walk down to the beach, but 30 minutes back. I'm afraid we'll have to check next time.
Each morning our host suggested visits. Her first recommendation was Locronan...
We'd forgotten our previous visit in 2012 (that's called getting old)...

...but it well worth visting again. Can you spot the dog's head sculpture in this photo?

Around the back of the church a small but very crowded graveyard with a typical Breton cross...
...and a good silhouette of the church.
