The Strid is a rather magical spot just above Bolton Abbey and we made a return visit after many years. Magical yes, but dangerous too as the 9m wide River Wharfe narrows to less than 1.5m to swirl through the rocks. More (subtitled) info on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCSUmwP02T8
