Easter celebrations continue (2)

Some photos to show what a great time we had on Easter Saturday at Jean-Pierre & Catherine's. We had aperitifs outside but the planned BBQ was abandoned as it was a little cool. As you can see an amazing table was set for us all to celebrate Easter AND JP's birthday, the week before.

Photo 2 shows Jean and Sylvie enjoying a glass of white wine in the new billiard room, secretly decorated and furnished for JP last Christmas. Onto the meal and in Photo 3 you can see cousin Philippe and Laeticia awaiting their oysters, and yes I DID have one (to prove a point!)

In the next photo from left to right there's Sylvie, Alizée, Cédric, Julie and JP; then proud Grandmother Catherine watching over Laeticia and Camille now 11 months old.

In the evening we ate at Loulou & Sylvie's then walked to the jetty for the town's official opening of the holiday season with fire dancers and great music. The fireworks were actually held by the dancers - OUCH!
