Not only have we got Nadine with us but also Loulou, Sylvie and family arrived last Sunday, and Gill is here all the way from Brittany. As you can imagine this all involves a lot of eating, drinking and general merriment - it's a hard life...
Young Rémi has been in the sea most days, sometimes fully clothed to try and combat the 13°C temperature of the water. The sun has definitely got some heat to it nowadays but the air is still cool and I wouldn't fancy getting dried and changed in it.

Loulou is doing really well after his hip replacement operation and is walking with one (sometimes no) stick. Sadly they're off back to Figeac tomorrow but it won't be too long until their summer holiday here.

Nadine wanted to treat us to a drink Chez David, right on the sea front. We were joined by our 'new' friends Guy & Isabelle. Thanks for the drink, Guy; Nad, you owe us one!!

Finalliy I couldn't resist taking a photo of this beautiful wisteria spotted growing in La Tranche. Its colour is actually deeper than in the photo but I've included it anyway.
