Still got a backlog of photos to share with you as we have been away for a few days..
September means it's my birthday and what better way to celebrate than to go for a dip in the sea - yes it IS getting cooler but the waves were pretty good that day which always makes it easier to get in!

The weather was amazing the week after Brenda & John went home and we went to the beach every day - a real pleasure as there were so few people around. One day Tine suggested we took the cycle lanes through the pine forests to Les Conches. On the way we spotted these two scarecrows guarding some wonderful looking grapes (and doing a very good job methinks).
