Wandering around Sant'Agnello

We decided to stay locally next morning when we woke up to a solid blue sky.

The Church of Saint Prisco and Saint Agnello, with its steps made of marble from Vesuvius.

Inside was very ornate...

...with beautiful features.

Don't forget to look up. Imagine creating this ceiling!

The view from the top of the steps. Our favourite bar is hidden from view on the left-hand side.

From the main road to Sorrento there are many narrow streets branching off...

...often with room for just one vehicle at a time...

...even a skinny mini-van like this one!

An impressive doorway...

...and yet another church hidden away.

Orange & lemon trees everywhere

Old Vesuvius, this time with clouds

Back to the cliffs overlooking the coast...

...and a selfie of me'n'er.
