The temperature might only just be getting warmer but there are signs of spring all around.
Early mimosa buds...
...becoming full-blown exotically-perfumed regulars on our avenues.
In the garden the daffs are blooming...
...the forsythia is blossoming...
...and the euphorbia is showing its Shrek-like ears!

I said then that it seemed magical
Look what I discovered a couple of weeks ago!
The poor tree must have been diseased to have collapsed like this overnight
If you go there now there is no trace that it ever existed!
