A short walk from our apartment, we took the causeway road through the salt marshes
There was plenty of bird-life to be seen…
…obviously with rich pickings to be had!
I’m not sure this stork was keen to eat…
…but it was a very impressive metallic sculpture.
Over the river, a 4* hotel in a converted tuna fishing centre. I trust they cleared any fishy smells!
At the end of our walk, a very welcome café for morning coffees
