What better way to work off a few beers than to play on the huge bouncy cushion, not a child in sight!So firstly there's James with Nadine, next your faithful bloggist doing a death-defying levitation act (being ignored by Nad & Si - at least Tine is watching on)! Thirdly there's James' lovely girlfriend Alex with an amused Si, and Nad & Si looking very fashion photo shoot-ish. Phil then shows us how it SHOULD be done.
And in the evening? How's about a wapping slice of Phil's birthday carrot cake lovingly made by his sis. So much for all that exercise!
