Bordeaux has a very 'solid' feel to it with impressive buildings all around, including l'Hôtel de Ville which was a royal palace. The almost silent trams swoop around the monuments as if in a Sci-Fi film - my photo was taken from the steps of the Opéra. Hope you like the poster, Nad!
We seemed to follow this group of students around for a while, taking photos of themselves getting into mischief. These shots were all taken by some magnificent fountains with the travelling fair just behind. Be impressed with Guy's map reading skills: he hasn't got the best sense of direction!
