Neighbours, rainbow & beach management

The land alongside our garden has now been cleared of most of the fruit trees and foundation markers installed. It's very boggy after all the rain we've had recently.

Not much blue sky recently but enough sunshine to make a rainbow over a very low tide.

This selection keeps you up-to-date on developments on the Plage des GĂ©nerelles, just beyond le Pavillon. The concrete walls are huge and positioned on a concrete base, then filled from the back with rubble and rocks before covering with sand. Hopefully this will be successful against the winter tides.

Hope they do succeed with the new sea walls. The devastation each winter in the high tides must be heartbreaking. A&B xxx
