Developments on the main beach

Lots of things happening on la Plage Centrale with the temporary wall in front of the Residence de l'Ocean demolished, presumably to secure the grounds better after last winter's problems. Sand has been bulldozed up to create a 'safe' area for the workers and machinery if there is a high tide.

Further along work has started on the development adjacent to l'Equipage (Chez David) with one of the new wings definitely taking shape (these three photos taken on 6th, 14th & 20th November). Now if only developers would come in and save l'Hôtel le Rêve which is crumbling more and more.
