A week in Brittany: Concarneau

The rain held off at the beginning of my birthday afternoon so we drove a few kilometres to Concarneau and explored the old fortress and walled town until taking shelter once again!

The old codger with his gammy knee!!

Bet you can't tell who took most of these photos!
The sun came out on our way back to the gîte and we stopped at a beauty spot just through these trees

We decided to return to Concarneau at the end of our stay. As you can see there had been a vast improvement in the weather!
