Parc Floral de la Court d'Aron (2)

Not only did we see beautiful plant life on our day out at the Court d'Aron but also some fabulous creatures, mostly enjoying the hot sunshine.

These koi carp greeted us at the entrance.

As for these exotic birds, that's what I call bright!

Yes, it's a real frog floating about in the pond.

The pig later lifted up the big wooden trough with its snout.

A hen in action laying an egg.

A magnificent black swan, safely behind fencing as he was protecting its partner and nest.

And finally a superb red dragonfly.
